Roadrunner HRC Policies

Policy decisions are made under the executive powers granted to the President of Roadrunner, and its Board. These policies are used to establish conduct of the Club in the absence of constitutional guidance (although a constitutional ammendment can be offered by the membership to change or remove these policies.)

List of policies:

07/19/98
01/28/00
05/04/01
05/02/03
This policy is also to prevent the undue wear and tear on club equipment, and the necessity of tracking its location and associated record keeping.
RHRC sanctioned training days and fun hunts may be proposed to the membership at large at the club general meetings, or petitioned by a member of the club. Training days must be announced to the membership at large and all members of the club must be welcome.  Such petitions must be submitted to the Secretary with sufficient time to allow for the notification of the membership, application for insurance binder and approval by the BOD. The board may deny the petition if in the board’s opinion the proposed training day does not sufficiently benefit the club in general.
